WHY NOT FSBO?
A Realtor wrote,
"Real estate agents are service providers.
They have experience & expertise that the average person does not have.
They do the work that their clients don't have the expertise, time, or resources to do themselves, in order to achieve a better result for that client than if the client did the work themselves.
Hiring a real estate agent is no different than hiring any other service provider.
I know how to change the oil & filters on my car, but not the time or inclination to do so. So I hire someone to do it for me, and it's worth the money I pay.
I know how, basically, to fill out the forms & file my own taxes, but I would prefer to do something else with those hours, and I think that a professional is likely to do the job more thoroughly, with a better result for me, so I hire a professional. And it's worth the money I pay.
Buying a house is no different. Sure, you can do it yourself. But, if your real estate agent is doing it right, he/she can save you a lot of time, energy, effort, aggravation, and possibly money. And it should be worth the money you pay."
So tell me, why aren't you using a pro photographer for your listings?
