1)                  Check the My Profile button to make sure all your information is correct on the resulting page. You can change everything but your company name and user id. If you need to change either of those, contact Printroom Support.

Custom Event Website

Event Website

 

  1. An Event Website is a unique website attached to a Group
  2. You must be a Pro or Premium account member to use Event Websites
  3. As a Pro member, you can buy 5 websites for $49 a year or $4.99 a month
  4. As a Premium member, you have 5 free websites and can upgrade to unlimited for $49 a year or $4.99 a month. 
  5. You can create as many websites as you like, but only publish the number you have paid for (5 or unlimited)
  6. Each Event website will have its unique URL. You can email visitors the URL and direct them to the event website; bypassing the home website.

Batch Gallery Creation - PC (PSM 5)

In order for customers to view your images, you will need to add the images to Printroom galleries. Printroom galleries act as containers so that pictures from various events or from different types of photography can be separated.  This makes it easier for your customers to locate their images later.  To batch create galleries, first ensure you have properly installed and configured Pro Studio Manager (PSM).  For the purposes of this tutorial, we are using PSM version 5.0.

 
Batch gallery creation provides for an alternative way to create your galleries. The standard method of creating galleries creates duplicate copies of your full-size images in folders created by PSM. This can use much of your available hard drive space. Batch gallery creation, on the other hand, allows you to refer PSM to existing folders containing images and designate those as Printroom galleries so that PSM will not create copies of your full-size images.

Global Defaults
Global Defaults sets up how your account will be seen by the customers. Every gallery will come up with these default settings. Everything after the Account Settings area can be modified later in your gallery or group editing function.
